Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of GuardBotAI, an AI security platform operated by Venture Group AI. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the platform in any way, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

GuardBotAI is designed and built by people and by AI systems working together. It is a human-made product that uses artificial intelligence, and it is provided with honesty about what that means: humans make mistakes, and so does AI.

GuardBotAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement.

AI systems can produce incorrect, incomplete, or unexpected output. Security software — ours included — cannot guarantee detection or prevention of every threat, prompt injection, breach, or misuse. Features shown or described before full release are demonstrations, not guarantees of performance.

We endeavour to build the very best software and AI we can, and we stand behind our effort and our honesty. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will detect or prevent every security event.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venture Group AI, its directors, employees, and contractors accept no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of, or inability to use, GuardBotAI — including indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any security incident affecting your systems.

You are responsible for your own systems, your own AI applications, your own compliance obligations, and your own decisions. GuardBotAI is a tool to assist your security posture; it is not a substitute for your own judgement, testing, or professional advice.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited, at our option, to resupplying the service or refunding the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose.

You must use GuardBotAI lawfully and only to protect systems you own or are authorized to test. You must not attack, probe, or disrupt the platform itself, attempt to bypass its controls, resell access without agreement, or use it to process data you have no right to process.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys confidential, and for everything that happens under your account.

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider, Stripe, on a monthly or annual cycle. Annual plans are billed once per year. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no partial refunds are owed except where required by law. Prices may change with reasonable notice before your next renewal.

Enterprise plans are governed by a separate executed agreement, which prevails over these terms where they conflict.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if your use threatens the platform or other customers, or if required by law. Where practical we will give notice and a chance to remedy first.

GuardBotAI, its software, design, and documentation are owned by Venture Group AI. Your data remains yours. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service for you.

We may update these terms as the product and the law evolve. Material changes will be signposted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
