A lightweight GuardBotAI scanner that runs on your own machines, checks for exposed AI keys and policy drift, and never sends file contents.

Pre-launch: the account side of the sensor — registration, reporting, and findings — is built. The installable scanner is published once the reporting endpoint has completed its security testing. You can reserve the add-on now; do not rely on it to detect a breach yet.

What the sensor checks

Exposed AI provider keys

Finds AI provider keys stored in plain files, shell profiles, and environment settings on the machine, so they can be rotated before someone else finds them.

Risky agent tool activity

Reads local agent tool-call logs for destructive commands, unexpected outbound destinations, and repeated retry loops.

Policy drift

Compares the machine's local AI configuration against the policy set for your account and reports where the two have diverged.

Gateway bypass

Detects applications calling AI providers directly instead of through the GuardBotAI gateway, which is the most common way protection is silently lost.

What it sends, and what it never sends

  • A one-way fingerprint so repeats are grouped
  • Hostname, platform, and sensor version

How it works

  1. 1. Register the sensor. In your control center you name the machine and receive a one-time enrolment code that is valid for 24 hours.
  2. 2. Install and enrol. The scanner exchanges that code for its own access token. The code cannot be reused.
  3. 3. Check in every three hours. The scanner runs locally and reports only findings. Anything it stops reporting is marked resolved.
  4. 4. Review in your control center. Findings appear with a severity, a plain-English explanation, and where to fix it. Any sensor can be revoked instantly.
