Account details: your name, email address, and sign-in credentials when you register.

Contact form submissions: name, email, organization, and your message, so we can respond to you.

Billing: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we store subscription status and Stripe identifiers only.

Platform usage: security event metadata and configuration records you create in your account, used to operate the service for you.

Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) used for security, abuse prevention, and rate limiting.

To provide, secure, and improve GuardBotAI; to respond to your inquiries; to process billing; to detect abuse and attacks against the platform; and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your prompts, policies, or security event data to train AI models.

Only the providers needed to run the service: our cloud hosting and database provider, Stripe for payments, and Cloudflare for bot protection on forms. Each is bound by its own security and privacy obligations.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our customers and the platform.

Access to your data is protected by row-level isolation between customer organizations, authenticated access controls, and encrypted transport. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure — we work hard at it and we are honest about that.

We keep personal data only as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time.

You can request a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us via the contact page and we will respond within a reasonable time.

If you are in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (such as the EU/UK GDPR or US state privacy laws), we will honor those rights for your personal data.
